The Central Virginia Master Gardeners will host a series of “Backyard Gardening Workshops” at the Louisa County Library, 881 Davis Highway, Mineral, in March and April. This is a great opportunity to learn a few techniques for making a garden work for you.
Each workshop is self-contained and does not require participants to attend all the workshops to gain gardening knowledge. The workshops will be especially helpful to those new to gardening in the southeastern United States.
The workshops will be led by experienced Master Gardeners interested in helping you to succeed. Time in each workshop will be allotted to answer questions. Handouts and resource lists will be provided. All workshops are free and pre-registration by March 18 guarantees a seat. Walk-up attendees will be admitted only if space is still available.
