High School theater presents “Legally Blonde: The Musical” this weekend

Elle Woods, played by Emma Houlgrave, rises to the top of her law class, which includes graduates played by Carolyn Garrett, Rachel Proctor and Deion Wade in Legally Blonde: The Musical.

Louisa County High School’s Music Theater Ensemble will present the musical in the LCMS Forum at 7 p.m. on Friday, April 4 and Saturday, April 5, and at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 6.

The musical tells the story of sorority girl Elle Woods, who follows her ex-boyfriend to Harvard Law School to win him back. Instead, she wins the respect of her peers, a promising career in the courtroom, and a man who loves her for the dynamic person she is.
