When Louisa resident K Beverly drives her pristine, black 1973 Oldsmobile down the street, it’s hard for locals to not take notice.

Apparently, that’s the case everywhere for her car. Beverly’s ride, a Delta 88, was one of four cars featured on the latest catalogue printed by Fusick Automotive Products, a company that provides vintage parts and advice for the owners of classic Oldsmobiles across the United States.

“I’ve done business with the company for years,” Beverly said. “They’re very, very nice.”

The parts catalogue is sent to customers who order new parts from the company. Beverly, who was the top in her class at the Oldsmobile Nationals competition last year, said she has seen her fair share of covers over the years. When the July 2014 issue was delivered last week with a recent order she had made, Beverly got a pleasant and unexpected early-morning surprise.
