Cooke Foundation changes scholarship requirements for Louisa and Orange high school students

Wallace “Chuck” Tingler, president, of the William A. Cooke Foundation, has announced revisions to the scholarship program beginning in 2012.

Previously, the Cooke Foundation awarded six $20,000 scholarships to Louisa and Orange high school seniors, regardless if the students were attending a four-year or two-year college or a technical school.
