The Women to Women Ministry of the Galilee Baptist Church will host its annual prayer breakfast from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. The guest minister will be Minister Anita Coleman of the Union Run Baptist Church, Keswick. Eagle Baptist Church Missionary Department will hold its annual prayer breakfast at 9 a.m.  The guest preacher will be Minister Cynthia Murray, CEO and founder of DWD Ministries of Charlottesville.  The church is located at 4682 Mt. Airy Rd., Louisa.

 

Sunday, Oct. 28

Laurel Hill Baptist Church will hold a fundraising celebration at 3 p.m. to enhance the building of the Lord’s Kingdom.  The preacher for this occasion will be the Rev. Miranda A. Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church will hold a gospel sing and pot luck dinner at 3 p.m. Music will be rendered by Steve North and son. The church is located at 3091 Mt. Pleasant Church Rd., Mineral.

 

Tuesday, Oct. 30

Louisa Baptist Church will be open from 12 until 7 p.m. for the public to stop in and pray for the nation prior to the Nov. 6 Election. A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m.  The church is located at 305 E. Main St., Louisa.

 

Saturday, Nov. 3

Unlimited Women of God of Living Water Fellowship Church will hold its 2012 women’s conference Because of The Anointing from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.  The guest speaker will be Prophetess Henrietta Ford of Upper Marlboro, Maryland.  The registration fee is $25 and will include lunch, live worship and more.  The church is located at 115 Jefferson Hwy, Louisa. Standing On The Promise Church will hold a musical celebration at r p.m. featuring the reunion of Tony and Rick, Chosen,The Brooks Family, St. Thomas Male Chorus and others. Monday, Nov. 5

Election Eve Prayer Service sponsored by the Louisa National Day of Prayer Task Force will be held on the Louisa Courthouse lawn at 7:30 p.m.  All are invited to come pray for the election and our nation in this non-partisan, non-political service.  Dress for the weather and bring lawn chairs.  (In case of rain, the service will be held at Solid Grounds Coffee House.)  For more information, call (540) 967-3552 or (804) 212-7837.
