Louisa Health and Rehabilitation Center’s physical, occupational and speech therapists with a combined 53 years of experience are committed to providing comprehensive, individualized treatment programs insuring that patients are returning home safe, functional and at a high level of independence.

The center prides itself on treating the whole person and not just a certain diagnosis as patients recover and thrive in meaningful and purposeful lifestyles.  The renovated gym space with state of the art equipment, coupled with the opening of the new ADL suite allows for stronger clinical outcomes which continue to rate among the highest in central Virginia.

Spearheaded by the center’s Lifeworks Rehab Model, Louisa Health and Rehab is a driving force for quality and innovative rehabilitative services in the community of Louisa, as well as surrounding counties.
