Rescue, fire and law enforcement honored at school luncheon

Firefighter/medics, sheriff’s deputies and school officials broke bread together on Dec. 7.

The Louisa County School Board hosted an appreciation lunch for the Louisa County Sheriff’s Office on December 7. Deputies, investigators, dispatchers and fire and rescue personnel enjoyed sandwiches, desserts,and conversation with each other and school officials. In addition to the LCSO’s three school resource officers, the department offers support to the school system in numerous ways to promote safety
