The following is a partial listing of calls handled by the Louisa County Sheriff’s Office.

 August 12

• Larceny – Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. Shoes and socks were reported stolen from a business. The call was cleared by Louisa County Sheriff’s Office.

Grand larcney – Market Street, Zion Crossroads. More than $2,000 was reported stolen from a business.

August 11

• Breaking and entering – Lake Front Drive, Mineral. Damage to a boat and various fishing accessories were reported stolen.

Vandalism – Old Louisa Road, Gordonsville. The removal of a plastic covering for an electric meter was reported.

Vandalism -Davis Highway, Mineral. More than $3,000 worth of damage was reported on an unattended vehicle and was damaged during a hit and run.

Fraud – Depot Road, Louisa. Credit card fraud was reported in the amount of $482.55.

August 10

• Larceny – Ridgemont Drive, Louisa. A brown teacup shitzu chicuwawaha was reported stolen from a residence along with damage to a flat screen television.

August 9

• Breaking and entering – Jefferson Highway, Bumpass. Eight dollars and prescription narcotics were stolen from a residence.

August 8

• Grand larceny – Elk Creek Road, Mineral. More than $200 in cash and $42 in change was reported stolen from a residence.

August 7

• Petty larceny – Curley Lane, Bumpass. Three $20 bills were reported stolen from a residence.

Larceny – Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. Movies, fishing anchors and a fire lighter were reported stolen from a business. The call was cleared.

Grand larceny – Oakland Road, Louisa. A resident reported more than $1,500 of stolen jewelry from the residence.

EMS call – Byrd Mill Road, Louisa. Louisa County Sheriff’s Office obtained evidence from the call showing credit card theft and possession of controlled substances at the residence.

Grand larceny – Shenandoah Crossing Drive, Gordonsville. More than $2,500 worth of camera equipment was reported stolen. Louisa County Sheriff’s Office cleared the call.

August 6

• Domestic – Jefferson Highway, Mineral. A verbal domestic call was reported.

Domestic – Louisa Road, Louisa. A verbal domestic call was reported.

August 5

• Larceny – Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. Assorted hygiene items and pet supplies were reported stolen from a business.

Grand larceny – Kentucky Springs Road, Mineral. Six fishing poles, three stone statues and a bench swing were reported stolen from a building on the property.

August 4

• Forgery – Waltons Store Road, Louisa. Four checks were reported stolen. Each check was allegedly forged and cashed for an estimated $1,297.

August 3

• Breaking and entering – Wickham Lane, Bumpass. A burglary was reported at the residence where jewelry, prescription medication and car keys were allegedly stolen. The call was cleared by the Louisa County Sheriff’s Office.

Petty larceny – Jefferson Highway, Bumpass. Virginia vehicle tags were reported stolen .

August 2

• Larceny – James Madison Highway, Gordonsville. A wallet was reported stolen that contained a credit card, cash, driver’s license and social security card.

August 1

• Destruction of property – More than $1,000 worth of damage was reported on a boat that included the marine radio, canvas cover and the fiberglass door and hinge area of the boats hull.

July 31

• Breaking and entering – Starview Lane, Gum Springs. A firearm worth $200 was reported stolen from a residence.

Petty larceny – Doctors Road, Louisa. A Virginia vehicle plate was reported stolen.

Hit and run – Chalk Level Road, Louisa. A motor vehicle hit and run crash was reported.

 July 30

• Larceny - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. Miscellaneous merchandise valued at more than $200 was reported stolen from a business.

July 29

• Petty larceny - Tyler View, Bumpass. A gate and rope were reported stolen.

•  Petty larceny – Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. Various merchandise valued at more than $40 was reported stolen.

July 28

• Petty larceny - Chopping Road, Mineral. A Craftsman electric power washer was reported stolen.

• Grand larceny - Kennon Road, Mineral. A Vermont stuffed bear valued at $500 was reported stolen.

• Grand larceny - Poindexter Road, Louisa. Two NAPA batteries were reported stolen from a vehicle.

• Burglary - Zachary Taylor Highway, Mineral.  A business reported a breaking and entering, petit larceny and destruction of property.

July 27

• Destruction of property - Bethany Church Road, Bumpass. Damage to an automobile valued at $20,000 was reported.

• Assault - Kents Mill Road, Louisa. Aggravated malicious wounding was reported from a residence.

• Grand larceny - Kentucky Springs Road, Mineral. One Goodman air conditioning unit was reported stolen.

July 26

• Breaking and entering - Pine Harbour Drive, Mineral. A double pane glass door was damaged during a burglary and one case of beer was reported stolen.

• Petty larceny - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads.  A wrist watch, anti-freeze and razor blades were reported stolen from a business.

• Grand larceny - Willow Brook Road, Bumpass. Auto theft was reported.

• Grand larceny - Cabin Road, Mineral. Two chainsaws and a trimmer were reported stolen.

July 25

• Suspicious activity - Horseshoe Farm Road, Louisa. A plastic bag containing 13.7 grams of an unknown white powder was located.

• Forgery - Buckners Lane, Mineral. Five checks stolen and cashed for more than $600 was reported.

July 24

• Breaking and entering - Kentucky Springs Road, Mineral. More than $6,000 worth of phones were reported stolen from a business.

• Grand larceny - Three Notch Road, Troy. A Craftsman tool bag with various tools, a drill set and chainsaw were reported stolen from a building.

July 23

• Forgery/larceny - East Jack Jouett Road, Louisa. Fourteen checks were stolen and approximately $3,000 received fraudulently was reported.

• Petty larceny - West Third Street, Mineral. A 48-gallon fish tank was reported stolen.

• Forgery - Mineral Avenue, Mineral. Six checks stolen and cashed in the total amount of $1,800 was reported.

• Petty larceny - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. Various food items were reported stolen.

 July 22

• Larceny - New Bridge Road, Mineral. Energy drinks, a fashion skin journal and a package of utility knife razor blades were reported stolen.

• Hit and run - Poindexter Road, Louisa. A hit and run resulting in damage to a vehicle, estimated at $350 was reported.

July 21

• Petit larceny - Dunivan Lane, Mineral. Approximately $120 in coin and various hand tools were reported stolen from a vehicle.

July 19

• Suspicious activity - Gardners Road, Mineral. Damage to a white mailbox was reported at a residence.

• Grand larceny - Johnson Road, Mineral. A Trane air conditioner unit was stolen and damage to a window on the right side of the house was reported.

July 18

• Forgery/Fraud/Embezzlement - Garretts Mill Road, Mineral. A computer program was  reported stolen from a computer.

• Vandalism - Fredericks Hall Road, Mineral. A hit and run accident was reported in which a black plastic mailbox, a 911 address sign and shrubbery were damaged.

• Breaking and entering - Louisa Road, Louisa. A hate crime was reported at a residence.

July 17

• Death investigation - Fredericks Hall Road, Mineral. A death investigation was conducted. Fentanyl patches and a white powder substance were located in the room with the victim.

• Petit larceny - Thacker Road, Mineral. One pair of women’s water athletic shoes was reported stolen.

July 16

• Grand larceny - Rock Creek Lane, Louisa. Jewelry and cash were reported stolen from a residence.

 July 15

• Grand larceny - James Madison Highway, Zion Crossroads. 100 gallons of diesel fuel valued at $365 was stolen from a vehicle.

July 14

• Destruction of property - Mahanes Road, Gordonsville. More than $500 in vandalism was reported.

July 13

• Grand larceny - Ellisville Drive, Louisa. Firearms valued at $300 and a license plate were reported stolen.

• Petit larceny - Davis Highway, Mineral. A Bostitch air compressor was stolen from a residence.

• Shoplifting - East Main Street, Louisa. A business reported theft of a 50-pack carton of BC powder pain reliever from a store.

July 12

• Vandalism - Old Farm House Farm Road, Mineral. Property damage was reported.

• Destruction of property - Boardwalk Way, Mineral. One blue bounce platform with slide, valued at $1,500, was reported damaged.

• Damage to property - Crewsville Road, Bumpass. Homeowner reported more than $7,000 worth of damage.

• Grand larceny - Wagner Farm Road, Louisa. A purse that contained more than $400 and a debit card was reported stolen.

• Grand larceny - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. A business reported a theft of a Vizio 55-inch flatscreen television.

July 10

• Grand larceny - Redbud Drive, Louisa. Items including a generator, bolt lock and tree trimmer were reported stolen from a vehicle.

July 8

• Grand larceny - Jefferson Highway, Louisa. A Whirlpool washing machine and dryer were reported stolen from a building.

• Grand larceny - Three Chopt Road, Gum Spring. An XBox gaming system and games, iPad, iPhone, jewelry, fur coat, laptop, televisions, and other items were reported stolen from a storage building.

• Petit larceny - Shannon Hill Road, Louisa. Prescription medication and a six-pack of beer were stolen from a residence.

July 7

• Grand larceny - Cooke Lane, Bumpass. A recreational vehicle valued at $7,650 was reported stolen.

• Grand larceny - Gardners Road, Mineral. Several firearms valued at more than $800 were reported stolen.

• Grand larceny - James Madison Highway, Zion Crossroads. A firearm valued at $500 was stolen from a building.

July 6

• Sexual battery­ - Industrial Drive, Louisa. A sex offense was reported.

• Grand larceny - Jackson Road, Bumpass. Xanax pills were stolen from a residence. The call was cleared.

• Petit larceny - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. One XBox game stolen. The call was cleared.

July 5

• Petit larceny - Blue Ridge Shores, Louisa. Approximately $80 was reportedly stolen from the back gate area of the community.

• Breaking and entering - Greenes Corner Road, Bumpass.  Firearms valued at more than $1,900, a compound bow and scope were stolen from a residence.

• Grand larceny - Kennon Road, Mineral. A firearm valued at $200 and a hunting knife were reported stolen.

July 3

• Sex offense - New South Ridge Road, Bumpass. A sex offense involving a person taking indecent liberties with a child was reported.

• Hit and run - New Bridge Road, Mineral. More than $2,000 worth of damage was discovered to steel fencing and posts at a residence.

• Grand larceny - Octagon Church Road, Maidens. Firearms worth $230 were reported stolen from the residence.

July 2

• Sex offense - Yanceyville Road, Louisa. A sexual battery was reported to law enforcement.

July 1

• Grand larceny - Wood Ridge Terrace, Zion Crossroads. Firearms valued at $800 were stolen.

• Breaking and entering - Boardwalk Way, Mineral. A purse, wallet, $400 in cash and a debit card and driver’s license were stolen from a vehicle.

• Sex offense - Harris Creek Road, Louisa. A rape was reported to law enforcement.

June 30

• Petit larceny - Cuckoo Road, Mineral. One LG cell phone stolen from a person.

• Sex offense - Louisa County. An aggravated sexual battery of a victim under 13 was reported.

June 29

• Petit larceny - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. Stolen from a business was two fishing rods, an igloo cooler and a 12 pack of twisted ice tea.

June 28

• Petit larceny - James Madison Highway, Zion Crossroads. One Samsung mega cell phone stole.

June 26

• Breaking and entering - Ellisville Drive, Louisa. Stolen from a residence was a Dell laptop, one water jug full of money valued at $500 and one Spectrum 2 cell phone.

• Hit and run - Jefferson Highway, Mineral. Six white painted boards for a fence, three 4×4 posts, large mailbox, six signs with one 4×4 post were hit and damaged.

June 23

• Larceny - Kentucky Springs Road, Mineral. Assorted food and beverages were stolen from a restaurant.

• Forgery - Mineral Avenue, Mineral. Two stolen checks in the amount of $140 each were cashed at a local business.

June 22

• Grand larceny - Kentucky Springs Road, Bumpass. Stolen from the Lake Anna Airport was a spool of 250 feet of black copper wire and threshold lights.

June 21

• Forgery - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. Eleven counterfeit $20 bills were passed at a business.

• Larceny - Jefferson Highway, Mineral. Stolen at a residence was $48 in coins and bank notes.

• Petit larceny - Zachary Taylor Highway, Mineral. Seven blank bank checks were stolen from a person.

June 20

• Burglary - Hanback Road, Gordonsville. Firearms valued at $4,000 were stolen from a residence.

June 19

• Grand larceny - Oakleigh Lane, Bumpass. More than $15,000 worth of jewerly was stolen from a residence.

June 16

• Grand larceny - Jefferson Highway, Louisa. Stolen from a building was one Champion generator.

• Destruction of property - James Madison Highway, Zion Crossroads. One utility pole was destroyed.

• Petit larceny - Cuckoo Road, Louisa. Six gallons of fuel was stolen and an estimated $300 of damage to an automobile.

June 15

• Larceny - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. Stolen from the business was two cases of Corona, one bag charcoal, one pink cup, one package of hot dogs, one box of mussells, one back Doritos and one box of seatcovers.

June 14

• Grand larceny - Zachary Taylor Highway, Mineral. Stolen from the residence was a Craftsman tool box, a set of taylored made golf clubs and a Stihl lead blower.

• Grand larceny - West Old Mountain Road, Louisa. A Vizio flat screen television was stolen from the residence.

June 13

• Auto theft - Eleanor Lane, Mineral. A recreational vehicle valued at $7,000 was stolen.

• Petit larceny - Octagon Church Road, Bumpass. A door frame was cracked a stolen from the residence was a Craftsman hand trimmer.

• Computer fraud - Cross County Road, Mineral. A victim was taken for $4,788.80.

• Breaking and entering - Bibb Store Road, Louisa. Stolen from a building were items such as a weed eater and chainsaw. The back door was damaged from the forced entry.

June 12

• Computer fraud - Ellisville Drive, Louisa. One Target gift card was purchased.

• Grand larceny - Kents Mill Road, Louisa. A firearm valued at $600 was stolen.

June 9

• Auto theft - Bibb Store Road, Louisa. Two recreational vehicles valued at $1,500 were stolen.

June 8

• Destruction of property - Belle Meade Road, Bumpass. One tan rubber mailbox was shot with bird shot from a shotgun.

• Grand larceny - Dowell Drive, Mineral. One firearm valued at $150 and 60 hydrocodon pills were stolen.

June 7

• Hit and run - Mineral Avenue, Mineral. A suspect hit an unattended vehicle causing an estimate of $1,000 of damage.

June 6

• Obtaining money under false pretenses - Bethany Church Road, Bumpass. Victim paid $600 for a puppy.

• Destruction of property - Bohannon Road, Bumpass. A tan inner window panel was damaged.

June 5

•Forgery - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. A counterfeit $5 bill was passed to a business.

• Grand larceny - Palomino Drive, Louisa. Two recreational vehicles valued at $21,000 were stolen.

• Larceny - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. Various men and women’s clothing, bath wash and other items were stolen by a shopper at the business, which was able to retain all the merchandise.

• Grand larceny - James Madison Highway, Gordonsville. Stolen from a building was a Stihl backpack style leaf blower and a pole saw attachment for a weed eater.

June 4

• Grand larceny - West Chapel Drive, Bumpass. More than $600 worth of tools were stolen from a building. Items included a Stihl chainsaw, bench grinder, weed eater and power screw drivers.

June 3

• Grand larceny - Dowell Drive, Mineral. A self propelled law mower was stolen.

• Hit and run - Pinewood Drive, Mineral. A hit and run resulted in $500 worth of damage to another vehicle.

 Hit and run - Kents Mill Road, Louisa. A hit and run destroyed a cherry tree.

• Hit and run - Fredericks Hall Road, Bumpass. A hit and run caused $1,000 of damage to another vehicle.

June 2

• Grand larceny - Goldmine Road, Louisa. Numerous items such as jewelry, computers, televisions, gaming system and camcorder were stolen during a breaking and entering of a residence.

• Grand larceny - Signboard Road, Bumpass. A Play Station three was stolen from the residence.

• Grand larceny - Poindexter Road, Louisa. Two Stihl chainsaws were stolen from a vehicle. The sheriff’s office cleared the call.

June 1

• Grand larceny - Old CC Road, Gordonsville.  Items stolen from a building at the residence was an wrench with case and attachments, air compressor, drop cloths for painting, weed eater, Dewalt skill saw, jig saw, six different size ladders, took box and nine 14-feet treated 6×6 posts.

• Grand larceny - Carsons Corner, Louisa. Stolen from a residence were two folding camo chairs, two hen turkey decoys and a baronette turkey pop-up blind.

May 29

• Grand larceny - Zachary Taylor Highway, Mineral. Stolen from a residence were 20 mg Oxycodone tablets, 15 mg Opana extended release tablets, $380 and one blue fireproof lock box.

• Grand larceny - Proffits Road, Louisa. A duffle bag, shirt, cleats, basketball shoes and a Tracfone cell phone were stolen from a juvenile.

• Petit larceny - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroad. A Scosche TuneIT digital FM transmitter was stolen from a business.

• Identity fraud - West Old Mountain Road, Louisa. An electronic account established in the victims name with a debt of $348 against the victim.

May 28

• Grand larceny - Gammon Town Road, Bumpass. Four firearms and cartridges were reported stolen.

May 27

• Vandalism - Beaverdam Road, Keswick. One mailbox and one newspaper box were damaged during a hit and run.

• Altercation - Valentine Mill Road, Mineral. A report of abuse or neglect of a child.

May 26

• Petit larceny - Bohannon Road, Bumpass. Four used tires were stolen from a shed located on residential property.

• Suspicious activity - A suspect was found to have .46 ounces of a green leafy substance, $150, a bag containing a digital scale, beer can and cigar wrapper and a box of sandwich bags.

• Grand larceny - Stolen from a victim was $3,200.

May 25

• Grand larceny - Sunrise Court, Bumpass. Victim reported numerous lawn ornaments and outdoor lighting had been stolen from the residence.

May 24

• Grand larceny - Elm Avenue, Louisa. An ignition switch was damaged in a vehicle and one X-Box 1 was stolen.

• Grand larceny - Louisa Road, Louisa. A chain saw, chop saw, several nail guns, ladder jack and a metal tool box were stolen.

• Grand larceny - West Old Mountain Road, Louisa. A riding lawn mower, 2.5 floor jack, two half ton auto jacks, garage doors and first aid kit were stolen from a building.

May 23

• Breaking and entering - Pine Point Place, Mineral. Three firearms, men’s jewelry, camcorder and hunting knives were stolen.

• Larceny - Cross County Road, Gum Spring. Three Limon Lime five-hour energy drinks were stolen from a business.

• Breaking and entering - Jefferson Highway, Bumpass. Two Dish television receivers and cable wire was stolen.

May 22

• Petit larceny - Mica Road, Mineral. One hundred ten Oxycodone pills were reported stolen.

• Breaking and entering - Bernie Circle, Mineral. A Barnes and Noble Nook along with $300 were stolen.

• Grand larceny - Borden Road, Bumpass. One Craftsman riding lawn mower and an aluminum eight-foot step ladder were stolen.

May 21

• Grand larceny - Bethany Church Road, Bumpass. One Skil chop saw stolen from a residence.

• Larceny - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. Assorted grocery items valued at $219 were stolen from a business.

• Overdose - Fredericks Hall Road, Mineral. Suspect in possession of a box containing four Fentanyl patches.

May 20

• Drug investigation - Davis Highway, Mineral. Law enforcement obtained a clear ziploc bag containing white powder with what appeared to be pill pieces and a razor blade in a protective case.

• Grand larceny - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. Theft of a Vizio 32-inch LED smart television and Duck Dynasty wine.

• Grand larceny - Virginia Avenue, Mineral. Vehicle parts were stolen or tampered with.

• Grand larceny - Louisa Road, Louisa. Items stolen from a storage unit included  an antique Bible, jewelry, fishing equipment, antique furniture, bicycles, power washer and various tools.

May 19

• Grand larceny - Old House Farm Road, Bumpass. Theft of one outside air conditioner unit.

May 18 

• Petit larceny - Desper Road, Louisa. A Virginia license plate was stolen from a vehicle.

• Larceny - Zachary Taylor Highway, Mineral. Destruction of a master key entry lock reported.

May 17

• Felonious assault - Bowlers Mill Road, Gordonsville. An assault of a female victim occurred.

• Larceny - Thomasson Road, Louisa. Ninety Percocet pills were stolen.

• Altercation - Shannon Hill Road, Louisa. Suspect arrested for public swearing or intoxication and possession of 11 Hyrdocodone narcotic pills.

May 16

• Grand larceny - Elm Avenue, Louisa. A female is suspected of credit card fraud and larceny of checks, committing more than $8,000 of fraud.

•  Sex Offense - Bagby Road, Bumpass. Indecent liberties with a child by a custodian was reported.

• Grand larceny - Byrd Mill Road, Louisa. A prescription for 56 Suboxone was filled by an unknown suspect.

• Breaking and entering - Louisa Road, Louisa. Items stolen from a residence included yellow metal jewelry, gun cases, Bowie knife, yellow metal tie tack, cartridges, 9mm magazine,  wooden jewelry box with contents, laptop, binoculars, automobile valued at $1,000 and chrome front automotive bumper.

May 15

• Breaking and entering - Kennon Road, Mineral. Approximately $15 in change along with a Moultrie game camera and costume necklaces were stolen.

• Larceny - Pleasant View Drive, Louisa. One solid black Angus bull, weighing approximately 1,200 and valued at $1,800.

• Hit and Run - Pendleton Road, Mineral. A  Dominion Electric power pole was damaged by a suspect’s vehicle.

May 14

• Vandalism - Market Street, Zion Crossroads. A vehicle was reported damaged.

May 13

• Auto theft - Signboard Road, Bumpass. A vehicle valued at $1,500 was reported stolen.

May 12

• Breaking and entering - Sir Walter Drive, Bumpass. Patio double doors valued at $2,500 were damaged at a residence.

• Grand larceny - Micmac Drive, Bumpass. An air powered pellet rifle, two scopes, a television and laptop were stolen from a residence.

• Credit card fraud - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. More than $650 dollars were fraudulently charged to a victim’s card.

May 10

• Grand larceny - Buckners Lane, Mineral. Firearms valued at $400 were stolen from a residence.

May 9

• Larceny - Moody Town Road, Bumpass. A tackle box and various fishing tackle was stolen from a vehicle.

• Vandalism - Bethany Church Road, Bumpass. An electric cord in a refrigeration motor was severed.

• Credit card fraud - Eden Farm Road, Bumpass. Western Union transferred $608 against a debit card owned by the victim.

• Destruction of property - Mt. Airy Road, Louisa. One entry door valued at $200 was damaged.

May 7

• Grand larceny - Jefferson Highway, Mineral. One Stihl chain saw was reported stolen.

• Destruction of property - Chopping Road, Mineral. The exterior wooden door jam to a residence was damaged.

• Breaking and entering - South Spotswood Trail, Gordonsville. Various jewelry pieces were reported stolen, and a door jamb and window screens were damaged.

• Grand larceny - Firehouse Drive, Louisa. One black Warrent brand portable wench, valued at $3,000, was reported stolen.

May 6

• Breaking and entering - Willow Brook Road, Bumpass. One wooden window lock was damaged and $50 worth of change was stolen.

• Petit larceny - Signboard Road, Bumpass. One real estate sign was stolen from business.

May 5

• Breaking and entering - Three Notch Road, Louisa. Ten pounds of copper, two vehicle batteries, $50 and two aluminum wheels were stolen from a business.

• Petit larceny - Red Hill Road, Gordonsville. Virginia motorcycle tag stolen.

• Petit larceny - Lake Front Drive, Mineral. Two plastic sandwich bags and one pair of flip flops were reported stolen. May 4

• Larceny - Ridgemont Drive, Louisa.  Eighty dollars in cash was stolen from a juvenile.

May 3

• Breaking and entering - Lightwood Road, Gordonsville.  A wooden exterior residential door jam was damaged, as well as a brass exterior door handle and lock.

• Vandalism - Willis Proffitt  Road, Mineral. Thirty-two 30-foot and 20 seven-foot cedar logs were damaged. The logs are valued at more than $6,000.

May 2

• Grand larceny - James Madison Highway, Gordonsville. Three firearms, valued at more than $1,000, were stolen from a residence.

• Grand larceny - Horseshoe Farm Road, Louisa. One Craftsman pressure washer was reported stolen.

• Destruction of property - Price Road, Louisa. Two car tires valued at $160 were damaged.

• Destruction of property - Jerdone Island Drive, Bumpass. A wooden post for a boat dock valued at $300, was damaged April 29

• Shots fired - Micmac Drive, Bumpass.  Reported as reckless handling of a firearm, where the exterior light fixture on a pole was damaged in the amount of $500.

• Grand larceny - Zachary Taylor Highway, Mineral. One iPhone 4 was stolen from a victim.

April 28

• Aggravated sexual battery - Grace Johnson Road, Kents Store. Two female juvenile victims were involved in the incident.

 • Grand larceny - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. Stolen from a business were children’s clothing, fishing equipment and toiletries.

• Grand larceny - Oakland Road, Louisa. Various items were stolen from parked trucks at a residence.

• Grand larceny - Evergreen Road, Louisa. Six-foot forks used for a front skid steer loader were stolen.

April 27

• Malicious wounding - East Main Street, Louisa. Two males were involved in an altercation.

• Vandalism - South Spotswood Trail, Louisa. Three Goodyear tires were damaged.

April 26

• Forgery/Fraud/Embezzle - Oak Ridge Road, Mineral. Eighty-five dollars was obtained by false pretenses.

• Larceny - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. Stolen from a business were seven pairs of ladies underwear, a bra and a king size sheet set.

April 24

• Assault and battery - Davis Highway, Mineral. Disorderly conduct between a male suspect and a female victim. April 23

• Grand larceny - Shelton Bend Drive, Bumpass. A credit card and firearms worth more than $1,300 were stolen from a residence.

• Vandalism - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. The rear passenger side door of a vehicle was damaged while parked at a business.

• Grand larceny - Shenandoah Crossing Drive, Gordonsville. An MS-361 Stihl chain saw was stolen.

• Grand larceny - Thacker Road, Mineral. Stolen from a residence were two Fentanyl patches, two blank checks and eight hollow point .380 rounds.

• Traffic stop - Courthouse Road area. During a routine traffic stop, the Louisa County Sheriff’s Office confiscated a marijuana grinder, seven packages weighing 17 grams of green plant material, five packages of a white powder substance weighing 13 grams, a silver box containing seeds and drug paraphinalia. Deputies also seized more than $2,500 dollars, four boxes of .44 caliber rounds and a concealed weapon.

April 22

• Larceny - Davis Highway, Mineral. A light gray wallet was stolen from a victim. Multiple credit card charges were made on the stolen card.

April 20

• Grand larceny - Shenandoah Crossing Drive, Gordonsville. A 2010 Apple Mac Book Pro was stolen from a residence.

• Grand larceny - Signboard Road, Bumpass. Various Mustang parts were stolen from a residence.

• Hit and run - Jefferson Highway, Louisa. An unknown vehicle damaged mailboxes, plastic paper boxes and a private road street sign.

April 19

• Destruction of property - Byrd Mill Road, Louisa. The rear window to a residence was broken and cracked in several places.

April 17

• Grand larceny - Signboard Road, Bumpass. Halls Towing was burglarized, and 10 cases of Penzoil car oil along with business checks were stolen.

 April 16

• Petit larceny - James Madison Highway, Zion Crossroads. Diesel fuel was stolen from a truck’s fuel tank.

• Destruction of property - West Eighth Street, Mineral. Damage to a motor vehicle parked at residence.

• Grand larceny - Stonewall Court, Mineral. A television, windows and screens, clock, remote for Dish receiver, tabletop radio and novelty cigarette lighter were reported stolen.

• Grand larceny - Lightwood Road, Gordsonville. One box of 500 rounds of Remington .22 caliber ammunition was stolen from the residence.

• Petit larceny - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. General merchandise in the amount of $117 was stolen from Walmart. The case was cleared.

April 15

• Larceny - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads. DVD’s, clothing and a pellet gun with ammunition were stolen from Walmart. The case was cleared.

• Grand larceny - James Madison Highway, Gordonsville. A motor vehicle, gas and various antiques were stolen from a property.

 April 14

• Larceny - Camp Creek Parkway, Zion Crossroads.  Consumable goods in the amount of $42 were stolen from Walmart.Case was cleared.

• Grand larceny - Pine Ridge Drive, Louisa. A 10 carat gold wedding band set valued at $799 was stolen from a vehicle. The case was cleared.

• Grand larceny - Borden Road, Bumpass. An American Standard Heat/AC pump was stolen from a building.

April 12

• Traffic stop - Jefferson Highway, Louisa. During a routine traffic stop, 0.08 grams of a green plant material in a plastic bag and a smoking device were found.

• Hit and run - Vawter Corner Road, Louisa. A vehicle ran into a barbwire fence causing approximately $500 of damage.

• Domestic violence - Garland Town Road, Mineral. An emergency protective order was issued for a family member who was assaulted. 

April 11

• Suspicious activity - Courthouse Road, Louisa. A male adult is suspected of simple assault and battery and aggravated sexual battery.

• Vandalism - Oak Grove Drive, Mineral. A watercraft received over $200 of damage.

• Suspicious activity - Davis Highway, Mineral. A juvenile was found to be in possession of a multi-colored folding buck knife.

April 10

• Grand larceny - West Green Springs Road, Zion Crossroads. A Stihl brand hand held leaf blower, one 5500 watt generator, a Summit 150 crossbow and a canvas fishing tackle box filled with various fishing lures and accessories were stolen from a building on the property.

• Domestic violence - Trevilians Square, Louisa.  A victim was not allowed to leave the premises by a male subject. The call was cleared.

• Domestic violence - James Madison Highway, Zion Crossroads. A domestic disturbance was reported with a suspect brandishing a firearm.

• Vandalism - Industrial Drive, Louisa. Two window panes were broken at a business.

• Grand larceny - Wild Turkey Court, Mineral. A central electric furnace, hot water heater and a set of keys were stolen from a house.

April 9

• Sex Offense - Davis Highway, Mineral. A juvenile is suspected of producing, distributing or financing child pornography. The case remains under investigation.

• Grand larceny - Signboard Road, Bumpass. Four brushed aluminum colored shelving units, 30 cases of Pennzoil motor oil, one generator and gas grill were stolen from a trailer. The exterior door of the trailer was destroyed during the breaking and entering.

• Breaking and entering - Mahanes Road, Gordonsville. A door was destroyed during an attempted breaking and entering.

• Grand larceny - Lightwood Road, Gordonsville. A juvenile is suspected of breaking into a home and stealing a Gateway computer, an HP computer pass, a flash drive, swiss army computer bag, $80 in change and  a gold necklace.

• Larceny - Bethany Church Road, Bumpass. Jewelry valued at approximately $1,300 was stolen from a residence.
