    1. Louisa County Faith in ACTION Committee
      9:00 am – 12:00 pm

      Louisa County Faith in ACTION Committee will hold the fourth gathering for faith-based groups and individuals interested in meeting community needs, from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the Betty Queen Center, 522 Industrial Drive, Louisa.  Discussions will focus on the possibility of a community home in Mineral, a Community Emergency Fund, resources for sharing church-related information, and family budgeting training.  For more information, contact Lin Kogle at (540) 894-0239, or email louisafaithinaction@gmail.com.

      5:30 pm – 7:30 pm

      A Women in Transition support group will be held each Monday from 5:30 until 7:30 p.m. at the Betty J. Queen Intergenerational Center meeting room. The six-week group will provide education and support opportunities for women to talk about the impact of intimate partner violence in their life.       USCG Auxiliary Flotilla 87 will hold a fellowship meeting for anyone interested in learning more about or promoting safe recreational boating on Lake Anna.       Louisa Baptist Church hosts Zumba classes each Monday at 7 p.m. that can improve your mood, and tone your body every. The way you will feel after a workout is priceless.  Join the fun and bring a friend.  There is no cost to attend. The church is located at 305 E. Main St., Louisa.
