    1. Strength training session
      7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Louisa Baptist Church has added a strength training session on Thursday nights at 7 p.m. Have a yoga mat, bring it along, if not, the church has extras.  Exercise not only improves your physical health, it improves a person’s emotional state and increases energy levels.  Remember to consult adoctor before starting any new exercise program.  All ladies in the community are welcome and there is no cost associated with this outing.
