Mechanicsville Baptist Church will hold its revival Sunday, April 21 through Wednesday, April 24 with the theme “Reclaiming Our Ancient Past” at 7 p.m. nightly with guest speaker, Dr. Ed Bonniwell. A native Virginian, Bonniwell was raised on the East Coast and is a graduate of Asbury College, BA; Princeton Theological Seminary at Princeton University, M.Div. and Th.M.; and Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary, D. Min. and Th.D. He is the founding pastor of the Faith Christian Fellowship Church. In 1995, the Lord gave him a vision, leading to the formation of the Miami Valley Christian Academy in Newtown, Ohio. He is also the visionary founder of Kingswell Theological Seminary, and served as chancellor for eight years and is a member of the Arlington Group, an association of national pro-family organizations.
