Saturday, Oct. 28

Laurel Hill Baptist Church’s male chorus will celebrate its anniversary at 3 p.m. featuring various gospel groups. The church is located at 7652 Kentucky Springs Rd., Mineral.

Eagle Baptist Church will host its annual prayer breakfast at 9 a.m. with a guest preacher. Musical selections will also be rendered. The church is located at 4682 Mt. Airy Rd., Louisa.

Pleasant Plains Baptist Church will present a celebration of gospel music at 3 p.m. The church is located at 675 Lindsay Rd., Gordonsville.

Sunday, Oct. 29

Canaan Soul Saving Station Church will welcome a guest speaker for the morning worship service at 11:30 a.m. The church is located at 6576 Venable Rd., Kents Store.

The Louisa County Sunday School Union will hold its fifth Sunday service at Mt. Garland Baptist Church.  Sunday school will begin at 10 a.m., followed by worship service at 11 a.m. Lunch will be served after the worship service. The church is located at 4000 Buckner Rd., Bumpass.

New Anna Baptist Church will celebrate Family and Friends Day at 3 p.m., featuring two singing groups and a play written by the First Lady. The Christian Fellowship Union will meet at 10 a.m. at Laurel Hill Baptist Church. The church is located at 7652 Kentucky Springs Rd., Mineral.

Rising Sun Baptist Church will hold its Family and Friends Day at 11 a.m. The church is located at 6829 Fredeicks Hall Rd., Mineral.

Sunday, Nov. 5

St. Mark Baptist Church will observe its annual Family and Friends Investment Day. Services will begin with church school at 9:30 a.m. followed by morning worship at 11:00 a.m. The church is located at 4596 Factory Mill Rd., Maidens.
