Shortly before 7 p.m. on Friday, March 1, Virginia State Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 64 east of Route 15 in Louisa County.

Margaret S. Price, 19, of Midlothian, was driving a 2009 Toyota Matrix that blew a tire, causing her to lose control and run off the left side of the roadway striking the guardrail.  The Toyota came back onto I-64 striking a 2006 Chevrolet Monte Carlo driven by Eric S. Zeh, 42, of Louisa.

The accident caused the left lane to be closed for approximately 30 minutes.

Both drivers were wearing their seat belts and were not injured in the crash.
