Identity questions at North Anna Power Station

Posted on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 9:38 am

An illegal alien from Honduras who was apparently working on a construction crew inside the North Anna Power Plant was detained by plant security and Louisa County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 12, 2012 when his driver’s license did not pass inspection and was determined  by local authorities to be fake.

Henry Gabriel Posantes, 32, was arrested on Nov. 13, 2012 and held without bond in the Central Virginia Regional Jail while federal agents were contacted.

Following his arrest, authorities determined that the fake driver’s license belonged to a Northern Virginia woman and was a professionally altered Virginia license.

A grand jury indicted Posantes on two felony counts of forgery/employ records as true.
