Two former Louisa County High School graduates were arrested on Saturday, July 12 and charged with the malicious wounding of two 19-year-old Arlington men at a college student apartment complex in Charlottesville.
Jarrett Scott Talley, 20, of Mineral, and Michael Casey Harlow, 22, of Louisa, were arrested and charged that evening.
According to a press release from the Charlottesville Police Department, at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, police were called to the 1100 block of Wertland Street for a reported disorder involving two stabbing victims.
