Hello. My name is Amanda Sullivan, and I am the new editor of The Central Virginian.
I am from Houston, population of more than 2 million — a city with a Starbucks and Target on every corner. I am moving to Louisa, population 33,395 — I have yet to see a Starbucks or Target. What did I get myself into?
Although, I am unfamiliar with small town customs, I am delighted to be a part of the staff at The Central Virginian. Even more so, I am ecstatic to soon call Louisa home.
