The dedication of the Michie House, located behind the Louisa County Historical Society Museum, will be held on Sunday, Nov. 3 at 2 p.m.
The ceremony will begin at The Louisa Arts Center and then move to the Michie House for the ribbon cutting ceremony and tour of the house and the smokehouse. Refreshments will follow in the museum.
The ceremony will celebrate two years of effort by the historical society and members of the community to move and restore this historic relic of Louisa County.
