The Industrial Development Authority of Louisa honored retiring economic development director Bob Gibson with a luncheon at Tanyard Country Club, held in conjunction with its monthly meeting on Thursday, Nov. 12.
"It has been fun working with all of you," Gibson told the IDA board. "I've never seen better leadership than Bob [Clarke] provides to the IDA. It's been a pleasure working with each of you as we increased our business environment."
Gibson introduced his successor, Andy Wade, who officially started his employment with the county that day. Gibson encouraged the board to support Wade and the county and continue to push forward...
