Wallace L. Tingler, president of the William A. Cooke Foundation, accepts the Patron Award from Shriners Hospitals for Children representatives Paul W. Lanier, Potentate of Acca Shrine in Richmond and Ray Goodwin, Past Potentate and the chairman of the Donor Relations Committee.
William A. Cooke Foundation honored with Patron Award
Wallace L. Tingler, president of the William A. Cooke Foundation, recently accepted a Patron Award, on behalf of the foundation from Shriners Hospitals for Children. The award recognizes gifts in excess of $100,000 that the foundation has made to the hospitals. When William A. Cooke established the foundation he made Shriners Hospitals one of the beneficiaries. The foundation also sponsors a number of other charitable initiatives in Louisa and Orange counties, including a scholarship program.
The award was presented to Tingler by Paul W. Lanier, Potentate of Acca Shrine in Richmond and Ray Goodwin, Past Potentate and the chairman of the Donor Relations Committee. ...
