Rumor Buster: There appear to be rumors circulating that absentee ballots are not counted if the margin of victory is not close enough for the absentee ballots to make a difference in the election outcome.  That rumor is absolutely false.  All absentee ballots cast in-person or properly and timely returned by mail will be counted.
