Spay/Neuter All Pets, Inc. (SNAP) will hold its annual meeting and election of board of directors on Thursday, Dec. 5 at 6 p.m. at the Louisa County Public Library. All current members, volunteers and donors are invited to attend. SNAP is also seeking new volunteers for a variety of activities. SNAP is a local non-profit organization which facilitates low-cost spay/neuter services for pets of area residents offering transportation through the SNAP shuttle, financial assistance where needed, referrals to area low-cost clinics, and trap-neuter-return (TNR) assistance for caretakers of feral cats. SNAP is an all-volunteer organization and has helped provide spay/neuter services for over 10,000 cats and dogs in its 17-year history.
