Maggie Borowicz and Gunnar Carroll were married on October 20, 2019 at Wightman Chapel in Nashville, Tennessee. Reverend Thomas Gholson officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Col. (Ret.) David and Mrs. Cindy Borowicz of Highland Falls, New York. She is the granddaughter of David and Mary Borowicz of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and the late Marc and Shirley Lambert of Rhode Island. The groom is the son of John and Eileen Carroll of Mineral. He is the grandson of Art and Harriett Carlson of Warrenton and Miriam Carroll of Hornell, New York.
Allison Borowicz, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Alex Hall, sister of the groom and friends, Olivia Maxwell, Emily Lipinski and Lauren West.
Cameron Carroll, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Josh Borowicz, brother of the bride; Cory Hall, brother-in-law of the groom and friends; Captain Jon Crucitti; Seth Csan and Zach Price. The ringbearer was Hudson Crucitti. Violin music for the ceremony was provided by Mr. Joey Elliott, cousin of the bride.
Maggie is a 2016 graduate of Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island. She is a registered nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit at Vanderbilt University Hospital.
Gunnar is a 2014 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. He is a Captain in the U.S. Army and a law student at Vanderbilt University. Upon graduation, he will serve in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
The Carrolls reside in Nashville with their dog, Dansby.
