Louisa Arts Center spring art open house. Participate in art activities, tours of our art facilities, art instructor meet & greets and more. This event is FREE to the public! From 2 to 4 p.m. at 212 Fredericksburg Ave. in the town of Louisa.

The Centerline Band performs in the barn at Callie Opie’s Orchard Restaurant, 7 to 10 p.m., 4533 Zachary Taylor Highway, Mineral.

Second Saturday Soup and Song Series at Lake Anna Winery, featuring Chris Hanks. Soup available for a nominal charge. 5621 Courthouse Road in Spotsylvania. From 12 to 4 p.m.

The Louisa Arts Center is pleased to announce that the next show in the Purcell Gallery will be an open show entitled “Doors, Gates and Windows,” featuring artists from Louisa and surrounding counties. There will be an opening reception from 6 to 8 p.m. at the gallery, and the show will run through Friday, March 18. The gallery is currently open Tuesday through Friday from 12 to 2 and by appointment at other times (contact box office to schedule an appointment). At 212 Fredericksburg Ave. in the town of Louisa.
