Habitat looking for homeowner candidates

Habitat for Humanity of Louisa County will soon be building two new homes in the county and is looking for partner families.

Applications are being accepted from July 15 through Sept. 15.

If you are interested and you have lived or worked in Louisa for at least one year; need decent, safe and affordable housing; have the ability to pay an affordable mortgage; and are willing to partner with Habitat to help build, then please apply to the program.

To obtain an application, pick one up at Fluvanna/Louisa Housing Foundation at 101 Woolfolk Ave. in the town of Louisa, or download from the Habitat website at www.hfhlouisa.org. You can also send an email request to contact@hfhlouisa.org.
