To the editor:
Honesty ... seems to be so very hard to find these days. We need those elected at the local, state and federal level to represent “we the people” and not their special interest groups or buddies. We need them to be our voice. We need elected officials to be people of good character, people who are honest and who stand by their word and who have integrity.
William Woody is running for the Louisa County Board of Supervisors position representing the Patrick Henry District where me and my husband reside. We are supporting Mr. Woody because we believe he stands for truth, that he is a man of his word and we believe him to be an honest man, which is everything that should be at the top of the list when electing someone to do the will of those who voted them into office.
We pray that if you live in the Patrick Henry District that you will consider giving William Woody your vote because you too are looking for that elusive trait of honesty!
