Franklin Barbour Jr., 62, unknown address, larceny, third or subsequent offense. 

Christopher G. Benson, 41, of Mineral, protective order violation.

Eric John Bishop, 43, of Gordonsville, possession of a controlled substance.

Isaiah Emmanuel Brown, 34, of Palmyra, possession of methamphetamine. 

Lorri Fuller Burrell, 48, of Mineral, perjury.

Angel Cheyenne Chumley, 27, of Salem, obtaining a credit card through fraud and larceny, third offense.

Roy Fernbach, 51, of Richmond, resisting arrest, being a felon possessing a weapon or ammunition, and threats to bomb or burn.

Heather Renee Graves, 30, of Ruckersville, possession of a controlled substance.

Deirdre L. Haywood, 56, of Louisa, petit larceny.

Steven Hellems, 51, of Louisa, torture of a dog.

Danny Atron Jackson, 39, of Waynesboro, possession of a controlled substance.

Latwanda Shanelle Jones, 36, of Louisa, larceny, third offense.

Joshua Wayne Lam, 30, of Richmond, possession of a controlled substance.

Travis Scott Mallette, 29, of Gordonsville, entering a house to commit a felony.

Juneilous Dantron Mason, 24, of Louisa, possession of a controlled substance.

Eric Terrell Payne, 44, of Mineral, eluding police and driving with license revoked or suspended.

Carlie Stuart Pugh, 30, of Louisa, possession of a controlled substance.

Tyler Pulling, 24, of Bumpass, violent felon in possession of a weapon, grand larceny.
