Grand jury and direct indictments

The following people received indictments from the Louisa County grand jury or directly from the Louisa County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office on Monday, Jan. 11. All charges are felonies unless otherwise indicated.

Jason Allen, 41, of Spotsylvania, assault on a law enforcement officer (felony) and sexual battery (misdemeanor).

Pamela Bringhurst-Carr, 21, of Louisa, shoplifting, third or subsequent offense.

Topoyea Chapman, 43, of Mineral, malicious wounding (felony), buying a gun while subject to a protective order, brandishing a firearm and trespassing (misdemeanors).

Corie Cosby, 21, of Mineral, abduction and strangulation (felonies) and assault on a family member (misdemeanor).

Tamara Cosner, 61, of Gordonsville, possession of a Schedule I or II drug.

Steven Dudley, 29, of Mineral, grand larceny, possession of a Schedule I or II drug (felonies), firearm possession while in possession of drugs, and killing or attempting to kill a deer using lights.

Christopher Dunivan, 25, of Bumpass, two counts of possession of a Schedule I or II drug (felony) and possession of a Schedule III drug (misdemeanor).

Kenny Estruch, 23, of Mineral, burglary (felony) and petty larceny (misdemeanor).

Bailey Hawkins, 23, of Scottsville, strangulation resulting in injury.

Kaleb Jackson, 22, of Montpelier, one count each of credit card fraud and credit card conspiracy.

Dillon Kelly, 33, of Bumpass, assault on a law enforcement officer (felony) and three counts of driving with a suspended license (misdemeanors).

Raymond Kilburn, 61, of Mineral, two counts of an indecent act with a child by a parent.

Megan Kingrea, 24, of Louisa, possession of a Schedule I or II drug.

Christopher Morris, 46, of Orange, possession of a Schedule I or II drug with intent to distribute.

David Moseley, 49, of Bumpass, three counts of an indecent act with a child by a parent.

Rebecca Parrish, 25, of Louisa, possession of a Schedule I or II drug.

Blucher Reidelbach, 81, of Bumpass, six counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of object sexual penetration.

Lezley Perez, 45, of Gordonsville, embezzlement (felony) and driving with a suspended license (misdemeanor).

Gordon Price, 56, of Kents Store, shoplifting, third or subsequent offense.

Curtis Rowell, 24, of Scottsville, rape and sodomy.

Jeffery Seay, 57, of Bumpass, carnal knowledge of a child 13 to 14 years old without force, sodomy, and strangulation.

Antonio Smith, 42, of Louisa, malicious wounding.

Frederick Swope, 58, of Bumpass, two counts each of attempted malicious wounding and use of a firearm in commission of a felony; maliciously shooting at an occupied vehicle (felonies); and reckless handling of a firearm (misdemeanor).

Benny Taylor, 63, of Louisa, auto theft and being a felon in possession of a weapon or ammunition.

Michael Scott Thomas, 39, of Louisa, two counts each of grand larceny, possession of burglary tools and being a felon in possession of a weapon or ammunition; one count each of burglary and entering a house to commit a felony.
