A May 8 mass meeting directed by the Louisa County Republican Committee will decide the Republican nominee for Louisa County Sheriff. The meeting will be held on May 8 at the Betty Queen Center in the Town of Louisa. Registration will begin at 6 p.m. and the meeting will commence at 7 p.m.

Donald Lowe, Louisa County’s incumbent sheriff, is seeking re-election, running against county resident Tim Sansone. Each candidate will have the opportunity to speak at the mass meeting prior to the voting process.
