Michael S. Brown

Michael S. Brown, 56, of Louisa passed away Thursday, November 12, 2020 at VCU Medical Center, Richmond.

Michael was a devoted son to his mother and was dedicated to his work. He loved spending time at Lake Anna and was a loyal friend to many. As said of one of his family members, “If the world only knew the true heart that Michael Brown had.”

Michael is survived by his loving mother, Janice Snipes; a special sister-in-law, Tami L. Smith; and three young men that were dear to his heart, Jeffrey Vereeke, Eric Haylock, and Tyler Talbert; and countless close friends on the lake and off the lake.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Monday, November 30, 2020 at Woodward Funeral Home in Louisa with a memorial service to follow at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.

We will be following the COVID-19 recommendations by the CDC, and the state of Virginia on face covering and social distancing.
