Norman Raymond Wynkoop Jr., 82, of Mineral passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at his home.

Norman loved boating, watching The Redskins play, listening to his classic country music, crab feasts and getting together with friends and family

He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Norman Raymond Leo Wynkoop, Sr. and Mildred Leroy Wynkoop; one sister Norma Mildred Tasker.

Norman is survived by his spouse, Lola Wynkoop; children, Justine Pendleton, Nora Wynkoop, and Rhonda Thompson; siblings, Kenneth Eugene Wynkoop, Evelyn June Tudge, Joyce Ann Johnson and Jean Francis Eller; grandchildren, Michael Norman Wynkoop, Robert Wayne Wynkoop, John Leroy Pendleton, Joshua Cain Pendleton, Dustin James Pendleton, Kari Nadeau and Joey Zacharias; and eight great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Friday October 15, 2021 at 11:30 am in Spring Grove Cemetery.
