Raymond Earl Henshaw, 71, of Bumpass, Virginia, passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2021.  Raymond was a hardworking man and worked for over twenty years at the Virginia Power North Anna plant.  He was preceded in death by his father Elmer Henshaw and mother Ruby Henshaw; sister Dorothy A. Henshaw; and two brothers, Horace L. Henshaw and Lewis E. Henshaw Jr.  He is survived by his brother, Harvey Henshaw; sister, Linda Arnold; wife of twenty years, Sherry Smith Henshaw; his six children, Jeffrey Lewis Henshaw, Julie Henshaw Roebuck, Debra Henshaw Stevens, Dennis Ray Walker, Jonathan Ray Henshaw, and Michael Hunter Terrell Henshaw; two stepchildren; Derrell Warren Wilson and Wendy Kuhn Clark and; six grandchildren, Ryan Alexander Stevens, Brandon Scott Stevens, Charley Warren Kuhn, Haley Grace Walker, Matthew Alston Walker, and Holden Jerome Roebuck.  He was loved and will be greatly missed.

A private viewing for the immediate family will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2021.  A graveside service will be held at 11 A.M. on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Little River Baptist Church, 4959 Buckner Road, Bumpass. Flowers can be sent to Lacy Funeral Home at 6241 Cross County Road, Mineral.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in memory of Raymond Henshaw.
