Louisa County High School varsity baseball player

The Louisa County High School varsity baseball team finished the regular season as the Jefferson District runners-up. The Lions will host a Region 4D playoff game Thursday.

The Louisa County High School varsity baseball team concluded its regular season with a 6-3 loss at home Thursday to Goochland. The Lions concluded the regular season 14-4, trailing only Western Albemarle (17-2) atop the Jefferson District standings.

The Lions hosted Albemarle last Tuesday and topped the visiting Patriots 4-1.
