The Louisa County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a series of vehicle break-ins that occurred during the early morning hours of Monday, April 13, 2026.

At approximately 2:30 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office received a report of multiple vehicles being broken into within the Countryside Subdivision in the Town of Louisa. Initial reports indicate that approximately 14 vehicles were entered, with cash and a purse reportedly stolen.

Investigators are actively working to determine whether these incidents are connected.
