David Franklin Fletcher of Louisa, Va, passed away in his home May 17, 2026. He was born May 31, 1949. He is survived by his daughters, Melissa Shull of Mount Solon, VA, Angela Fargone of Fredericksburg, VA, son, David Fletcher of Grottos, VA. Grandchildren Danielle Rhinehardt, Heather Andrews, Tanner Andrews, Courtney Glover, Dustin Secrist, Kirsten Fletcher and Kaitlyn Fletcher. Great Grandchildren twins Kinsley & Paisley, Mattie, Raj, Alec and Brynleigh and another expected in June. He is preceded in death by his Father, Richard Fletcher and mother Eliza Fletcher, brothers Richard, Charles, and Johnny. He is survived by brothers Michael, and Mark, sisters Ellen, Paula, Doris, Lisa, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. A graveside family gathering will be scheduled in July.
