John Beaman Farmer Jr. 85, of Zion Crossroads, Virginia, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2026, in Charlottesville, Virginia. He was the son of the late John Beaman Farmer and Jeanette Crowder Farmer.

He is survived by his wife, Johanna Bantjes Farmer, son, Marco Bantjes Farmer of Lynchburg, Virginia; and granddaughter, Avalon Farmer.
