On Friday, Sept. 11, members of Louisa County came together at Courthouse Square for the county’s 25th annual 9/11 remembrance ceremony. The gathering began at approximately 8:46 a.m. and ended at 9:03 a.m., in alignment to when the World Trade Center’s North and South towers were struck.
