Recent controversy in the Town of Mineral led Mayor Pam Harlowe to send an email to council members on the morning of July 20 advising the group to “give up the charter ASAP.” The Louisa County Board of Supervisors (BoS) held a discussion on the process for potential annulment of the town’s charter at the August 3 board meeting.
