School board talks traffic impact of potential fifth elementary school
Increasing enrollment, future projections and capacities of existing facilities, as well as the potential site of a new elementary school — the fifth in the county — have been frequent discussions at recent Louisa County Public Schools (LCPS) school board meetings. During the August 4 meeting, Thomas Ruff, a traffic engineer with Timmons Group, shared updates on the traffic impact regarding the potential site of the new elementary school.
