Elsie Louise Collins, 81, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2026.

Elsie is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Richard Collins; her children, Sherry Means and Rick Collins; and her 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Elsie loved her family deeply and cherished the simple joys of life. She especially loved horses and the years she spent surrounded by them at her beloved Dusty Road Horse Farm. Her love for her family, her animals, and the life she built there will be remembered and treasured by all who knew her.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
