Becky Chidester, representing Louisa Catholic’s Social Ministries, recently presented two large donations to Lin Kogle, Louisa Community Emergency Fund (LCEF) Chairperson. One check is for LCEF’s crisis assistance program (housing and utility payments) and the other for the Louisa Homeless Coalition (winter nighttime shelters).
