Betty Jeanneice Sims passed away March 10, 2026, at Henrico Doctors Hospital.

Jeanneice was such a warm, loving woman who wore so many hats. She was the loving wife, then widow, of her husband Tom, the most wonderful mother any two kids could ever ask for, and a warm, caring friend to pretty much anyone she met.

Mrs. Sims was preceded in death by her cherished husband, Thomas Edward Sims, of Louisa, Va, her son, Terrell Dean Phipps, Jr, her grandaughter, Kelsey Bayliss, along with her father, Raymond Eldridge, of TN, and mother, Fidel Marcum, of AR.

Her survivors include her daughter, Shelbie Kramb, son-in-law Chuck Kramb, and grandson Matthew Bayliss; stepdaughter, Stephanie Frederick, son-in-law Paul Frederick, and granddaughters, Katey and Abbey; stepdaughter Lisa Thalhimer, and granddaughter, Taylor.

A graveside funeral was held at Hillcrest Cemetery, in Louisa, VA, March 20, 2026, at 2pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
