On April 23, 2026, at approximately 5:30 p.m., the Louisa County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) received a report of a child struck by a vehicle in the 2000 block of Indian Creek Road in Mineral.

In opposition to the Valley Link Transmission Line Project, Goochland County approved $250,000 in funding to support advocacy efforts.
