In a nearly two-hour long public hearing with 11 homeless advocates discussing the issue of whether to require churches to obtain a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to provide needy residents a temporary humanitarian shelter, the Louisa County Board of Supervisors (BoS) tabled the decision until the August 3 meeting.
