Michael Vance Clough passed away on June 25, 2026 at the age of 68 in hospice care in Chesterfield County, Virginia.

Mike was a gentle soul who was cared for by his family until he was institutionalized at age 14. Mike spent a substantial portion of his early care with his grandmother Elizabeth Perry in the town of Mineral where he developed a love of trains.

Mike was the second son W. Earl and Shirley Clough. He was preceded in death by his farther Earl and is survived by his mother Shirley, brothers Earl Glenn, Gilbert (Gilly), Allen and Ted plus several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at South Anna Baptist Church on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
